Why? IMHO, it fits. Do you mean it is too much story-oriented?

Humanity Has Declined does have a "story", but it's very convoluted and the jokes don't suffer from it. I'd even say it boosts them.
It's not like Nichijou, though. If that's what you want, skip it :P

Anyway, I don't think that it is something I won't like, It is just outside what I requested ;). It can also be that I hadn't specified what I wanted well enough :).

They may have some form of a story, but it's far from the main focus.
...except maybe for Kuuchuu Buranko, but I'm confident it's different from most comedy you've been seeing.
