I saw this anime a while ago.7-10 years so it's a bit old.Forgot the name and I want to rewatch it.
World war 3 happens but it's not about that.It's about a boy and a girl.The girl is in love with the boy but the boy is meah about her.She gets turned into a living weapon.A walking death machine.Again, the war and the fights are glossed over.Their relationship is the focus of the anime.
Can't remember much else except the end
The girl dies due the death machine operations done to her.The boy realizes then that he's in love with her.
Something happens blablabla and boom the world ends but the girl remakes a small part, a tiny bit of it so that she can live with the boy
