I can't recall the name, but it revolves around a chick vampire. It's something shinigami T-something. She's got short blonde hair, there were 2 seasons of the show and she falls in love with some average joe. So it's not vampire bund...

Never mind I found it, it's got a weird title like lunar something which is why I couldn't find it after searching for days but It's "Shingetsutan Tsukihime"

Yeah I'm noticing that now. I thought I had seen a season 2 a while back but I never watched it, idk I saw this when it came out I just assumed there was a part 2, or maybe I was too busy playing melty blood and got overly anxious.

Since we're on the topic, any other good vampire girl protagonist animes?

Vampire's bund was weird but still pretty kool, Tsukihime was good from what I remember it but of course that was a really long time ago and the music kicked ass. Anything similar??

I was looking for something a little more serious. I've seen blood the last vampire, along the the vamp bund, and the lunar one. Idk, I like the whole concept of a chick vampire and the dude either human or just something else?

Try out Shiki - it's a lot like 30 Days of Night in a way. Also, Hellsing is a good one.

Vampire Knight has vampires, but it's more like Twilight than a cool action series.

That, and she's gorgeous and awesome, a mix of undecided, sweet innocent, and terrifyingly powerful at the same time

Hellsing is very good, being it the manga, TV, or Ultimate OVA... (I don't care a bit about the dissing of the TV

Shiki is awesome and has chick vampires, but doesn't revolve around one in particular.

Vampire Princess Miyu is a good one. As is Nightwalker(but the main vampire is a dude).

I would say maybe Menemosyne, even though it's not vampires it's pretty darn close.

Mnemosyne isn't even remotely similar to vampires. I love it but that's a horrible vampire recommendation.
