Anmitsu Hime franchise

Was reading about this on Wikipedia when looking through old TV series done by Studio Pierrot http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anmitsu_Hime which had 51 eps http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1132

Related to it that's on Baka currently is two TV specials that are for the third live-actions series:

In addition to this, though it's not up here because it's only the first episode of 51, DOMO/inactive has the first episode up since February 2012 http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/1947.html

What looks like a full batch of Raws has also been up since 2009 if anyone is interested in subbing it.

It may be possible that besides these 2 specials there could be subs of the live-action drama series elsewhere on sites focused on that type of theme but I'm not really sure where to look.

I am wondering if anyone recalls watching this series and what you think of it. Trying to get the 3 available files right now to get a feel for it.

I've seen it mentioned on some earlier threads but no thread just about it yet:

2010 interfax mentions raws along with other cool unsubbed series
2011 hayaku recommends it and 2012 mentions it is sad
