Can't you save the setting and then import them?

I have a bulk rename program that I've got like 10 different settings saved, for different file types, that I import each time.

Hah! I wish. Something like Photoshop, yeah, sure. But sadly not everything's that well supported. A lot of stuff is really archaic and stupid, with an extra dash of retarded on top.

...and I take it they're the best kind of programs for what you're doing, yeah?

My only issue when reinstalling an OS is making sure I back-up all my PC game saves.

I wish I could find some kind of 'manager' for them, so they'd be easy to move.
