Seeding Issues

Problems seeding to Bakabt torrents I guess.

I was using the latest version of utorrent and whenever I seed to any torrent from kat or such sometimes I was seeding in the 2/3 MB/s range, and all of my Baka torrents seem to be lagging behind and seeding very slowly, I understand that their are a lot of seeders and not a lot of leechers for each torrent, but sometimes when I have 20 connected seeders it's sitting at 10-20 kB/s. I did some research and then downgraded my utorrent to 2.2.1 but have also tried tixati, qbittorrent and I've messed with every setting known to man and read guides, I have a 60 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up line from Cox, doing research on that I learned they don't throttle anything to my knowledge and am just stumped as to why their uploading so slow. Sometimes one will randomly go up to maybe 1-200 but like right now I'm sitting at 50 KB up and 3.9 MB/s down.

An example right now is 23 connected peers out of 89 on a bleach torrent, it's uploading at 8 kB/s.

If anyone could help in any way at all or just shed some light on any of this, that would be great.

Btw, my router has upnp and I've set my max connections and all those settings from low to high all over the place and in between and nothing seems to change. I like having it lower, because my internet was kinda pooping out and from what I've read online it could be from my router or modem being overwhelmed from the connections, but I have no idea, maybe it's just the isp being retarded.

So the moment after I post this my total upload, for probably around 20 torrents goes to around 800 kB/s which isn't bad but my limit I have set is 2.5 MB/s anyways, maybe if there isn't a problem with anything I have, could someone explain why when it shows 20-30 peers sometimes it isn't even uploading or it is, but slowly. I just wish their was an easy button for all of this and I could go on happily downloading and uploading w/o worrying about my ratio >.<

I don't see any problems.
You cannot seed much if the number of leechers on the torrent is close to zero, and almost all torrents on BakaBT are heavily overseeded.
Bleach torrent is particularly misleading: almost all its leechers are actually partial seeders.
It takes usually from one week to one month to seed torrents back to 1+ ratio on BakaBT.
Just try to avoid downloading sprees, and don't let your ratio fall below 0.1.
