how to upload a torrent

i want to know that how i make a torrent and when i know its accepted by bakabt.....what should i do when they accept it..and when i upload a torrent will bakabt count it in my ratio or not...??


and one more question i cant reply to my last topic it is saying that its locked..wht should i do...??
