question on manga - anime continuation

I'd like to know information on any anime on its continuation in manga. Like what volume, chapter does the anime continues in manga, etc...Any sites that provide information to this?

Thanks but unfortunately I was looking for Hungry heart wild striker and it said N/A on mangaupdates.
