If you mean UL of something currently not on BakaBT, then the New torrent request sub-board on Uploaders' Forum is the right place.

But check the "do not upload list" in the Wiki before requesting; if it's old and well-know and not up already, it's usually for a reason.

Arise has been licensed by Funimation which is one of our blacklisted companies, so you will never find it here.

Arise is also incomplete. Perhaps you should read our rules/guidelines on what content we accept again.
