Description override script

Hi, I was looking for a way to change the repeatable dango for some dark descriptions with darker repeatable texture.
If it is ~30-40kb and the desc ~110-120kb everything is fine I think (>150kb)
BG image is loaded from http://s1.bakabt.me/static/common.min.css  (http://s1.bakabt.me/images/bg.jpg) as far as I can see.
So probably there is a way for JS to override it like the screenshots tab.

1st  question: Is it allowed? 
2nd question: Is it possible?
3rd  question: If it is possible (ignoring possible "No" for the 1st question, just of curiosity), can you give me an example :)?

2: yes, it has been done before for April fools pranks and for Chan Legion trolls
3: If you asked yesterday, I could've linked you to the My Little Pony troll torrents that Chiyachan uploaded, but I can't do that now since we just removed it lol
