i want to upload a anime kochikame in hindi language...i want to know it is blacklisted or not..and how should i know that bakabt accepted my torrent...and when i created the torrent to upload where should i send it...

i have full 12 season of a anime sub in english..can i upload it..and one thing more i know how to create torrent but how should i offer it to bakabt that is confusing me..i read the Wiki but cant fin an answer..

Your ratio is low enough to be warned. You're not going to be a Power User anytime soon. And even if you were, if you want to offer something, the chances are very good that it's either already in the system or on the DO NOT UPLOAD list.

And second, try searching the Wiki. There's a little search bar on the main page for a reason.

If you mean you have Kochikame TV with English subs and Hindi dub, it can be offered here.

no kochikame is in hindi dub..and its not sub..but i have another anime with 12 season..it is still on air so iam confuse about that..because the wiki says that only complete torrent are accepted..thats why

If the anime is long running (e.g. like Naruto), then we can consider accepting season torrents. But seriously, if you are considering uploading at all, you need to improve your ratio first.

Read the page others have linked you to.. The Do Not Upload page.. Probably try searching if DBZ is present there.. That should answer your question..
