1. It does not have English subs, therefore it is unsuitable for BakaBT.
2. You have to be a Power User to offer new torrents.
3. Please read the Wiki.

Your ratio is low enough to be warned. You're not going to be a Power User anytime soon. And even if you were, if you want to offer something, the chances are very good that it's either already in the system or on the DO NOT UPLOAD list.

And second, try searching the Wiki. There's a little search bar on the main page for a reason.
