Trying to find out the name of an Anime

SO long story short cruising youtube hit a section on anime and saw one where a Kid has what looks like an angel with a chain on her neck , he complains about something, she pulls out a for lack of a better word tablet press's a few buttons and then a fortune falls on his head, the angel herself had red "battle" armor on by the looks of it. then the power went out and i could not for the life of me find it again.

any ideas what this one is?

Definitely Sora no Otoshimono. As far as I know they all have white armor though, except the blonde who has blue armor.
