Which anime is this?

When I was young I used to follow an anime in which there is guy who can run at an ultra fast speed by biting his rear tooth, maybe which triggers something so he can run that fast. As I remember someone did something to his body and asked him to bite his tooth and see what happens, and the guy was really surprised to see himself running at such a high speed. There are other people also in the series with other abilities. I watched this anime a long time back, and I can only remember a few scenes of this anime. If someone knows this anime, please help me out, I have been searching for this anime for a long time now, but I can't remember the name.
If it is of any help, this show was broadcast on Animax India in English. I know I can find some really hardcore anime fans here who can help me out.  :)
