Best GUI program to encode blu ray animes

Looking for great programs that can easily provide the best quality with an easy gui setup. Pretty much a similar bluray copy quality without doing so much of the complicated stuffs like interlacing & such.

Any recommendations?

Simple enough for me, need to learn how to do Avisynth scripts but there's a gui for it as well included. All just point click.
