File link/segment or ordered chapters playback on set top boxes

Any known devices that can play ordered chapters anime perfectly?

Not from a standalone proprietary set-top box, but there are MANY solutions for Linux- or Android-based boxes that will do this.  XBMC, for example, has versions for both environments.
