Read some of the other posts in this subforum, for one.

You have 2 potential issues:
- Newer versions of uTorrent (3.x) are utter crap, especially for seeding.  The last good version is 2.2.1, although many people prefer 1.8.5.
- Most of the torrents on BakaBT are rather heavily seeded; you are competing with many others to upload to a limited number of downloaders.  The only reliable fixes are to keep as many torrnts possible seeding for as long as possible, or renting a seedbox.

Look at the seed:leech ratio of the torrents. For example, High School of the dead has 214:12.

If we imagine that a torrent is a street, and all the seeders own a cake shop on this street. So that means there are loads (i.e. 214) cake shops selling the exact same cakes, and very few (i.e. 12) people walking down the street wanting to buy cakes. How likely are they to buy a cake from your cake shop?
