Original Chapters.

 Hi guys. May i know where i can find original chapters markers for animes? I downloaded Kiki's Delivery service and i notice there's only 3 Chapters, the way i do re-encoding is include chapters every 5 minutes and titled them as Chapter 01, 02, and so forth, but for the Ending Credits i titled them as Ending Credits, and jot down the exact time for the credits.
 I downloaded a few NP release and i was Happy and pleased because it included Chapter markers and original titles for the chapters, but NP had no release of Kiki's.
 I visited Chapterdb.org but i was kind of skeptical of the chapters and it does not have titles.

Very often, the original anime will only have 5 chapter markers (beginning of OP, end of OP, halfway mark, beginning of ED, end of ED) or less, if any at all.  Remember, very often the source for content does not come drom DVD or Blu-Ray, and may originally have no chapter markers at all.  Horriblesubs releases (except for a few notable exceptions) have no markers, for example, because they are rips of Crunchyroll web streams.

Very few, if any, fansub groups will remove chapter markers.  Far more often, it's the other way around.
