Manga identification needed

Hello guys, i'm looking for a manga which is 3-4 years old (not 100% sure tho) and which i can't remember the title, here's a short description of it:

It takes place in the near future, in Japan, where a small part of the whole children population is secretly bearing a virus which activates and kill them once they reach a specific age. So when they are in elementary school each and every kid get an injection or something like that but only a small number of them is really infected by the virus, also only the "elite" has access to the files which contains the informations about the identity of those who will die some years later. It seems the whole society is organised so the identity of the kids who are to be killed is kept secret. This is also admitted by everyone and the kids, as their family, both take part to this willingly, i mean they are not forced to do it but everyone follow the "procedure".

The main character is a young student who is in charge to tell the "infected" kids they are going to die one week or so before it's actually going to happen.

The first tome is about a kid whose life always sucked and who finally manage to (almost) get back on track, but unfortunately he also learns he's going to die in a week because he's positive to the virus, so he goes mad mode and finishes his life as a murderer (not sure of that, but he indeed faces all his old ennemies), taking revenge on everyone who destroyed his life.
