Zeta Gundam Torrent Question

"Due to Bandai not having rights to the theme songs outside of Asia, the opening and closing sequences were altered. The English subtitles were criticized as inaccurate, and appeared to be based on the script for the English dub, rather than a direct translation of the original Japanese script. Bandai corrected the subtitles to a properly translated version for the later DVD release in 5 cases with 2 discs each, but has never officially recalled or offered to replace the box-set discs."

I have two questions regarding this torrent for anyone who has downloaded it:

1) Does that mean that this torrent doesn't have the original Japanese opening and ending themes?

2) Is this torrent the "hybrid" version or do I have to use that conversion file first?

You can actually infer the answers from the description. I grabbed the first episode to make sure though:
1. It does not. Audio and video is pulled from an R1 DVD. Both languages use a different opener than the original source.

2. The torrent is the hybrid version. The kit was for converting the previous White Base dubtitled version (no longer offered on Bakabt) into this one.
