Gundam question: How long to watch entire series?

Hi Gundam fans! I have a simple question that I haven't found answered elsewhere:

How many hours would it take to watch the whole thing?

I don't mean just the first animated series. I mean the entire thing: all however-many TV series, movies, live-actions, etc. If you want, you can include estimations of how long to play through various games.

(I'm asking because I'm writing my dissertation on anime, and want to have a more expressive way of talking about Gundam than "has led to # of adaptations and sequels.")

If you wanted to be lazy I guess you could just make a new list and add them all as watched then look at your time spent thingy.

You can skip a LOT of stuff, if you just watch the movies instead of watching the whole series.

I wouldn't skip UC, I might get a bit of flak here, but I loved Zeta Gundam, it was very dark compared to the others, but it just reminded you of the reality of war that you experience in say, Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

Right now I'm working through alternate universes and frankly having a blast, Gundam SEED is also a favorite.

Just do what I told you to do. Make a new MAL list, use the search to easily find all the series and add them to your list as completed. It'll give you the total time. Nobody's going to do for you.
