Looking for some comedy with a overpowered male lead while being huge pervert

Urusei Yatsura - also fits, though it's pretty old, dated, and quite long... quite episodic though, so no long storylines to wade through.

The protagonist is definetely perverted, and also overpowered in a sense
Another one might be wild arms, since you like the desert punk premise, although this one isn't as perverted as the punk

Another thing worth looking into would be the Baka and test series, although the most perverted part I remember would be the field-trip, and the main isn't really overpowered, more like to stupid to be beaten. I'm wondering, are you only looking into anime, or are you also interested in manga/light novels. There's a few suggestions there, that haven't been animated yet.
Seikon no qwaser should fall under perverted with strong male lead as well if you have common sense and don't start sucking on every breast that passes before your eyes. Though that's already borderline hentai (similar to the campione! novels, where half the scenes appear to be orgies and not rituals/methods for unleashing the god-slaying powers...)
