I have recently realised that I have not been uploading despite me leaving many torrets running after they have downloaded

I am using the latest version of bit torrent on windows 8 my anti virus is avast anti virus (latest version I think) and I have not restricted upload in anyway

Your active torrents have virtually no seeders leechers. If you still have it around, restart Kono Naka ni Hitori, if not download some of the larger Freeleech releases, especially the more recent ones usually have quite a few seeders.
