Problem with account...

So I recently logged back in to see that my account was in bad standings and I am trying to get my account out of warning status, however I have found I am unable fix the issue. When I try to dl a torrent or let my torrents seed all it will say is finding peers. It will sit for over 24hrs and not do anything. If I could please have someone give me some suggestions or look into my settings and find out what the issue is I would greatly appreciate it...something isn't working properly and I am trying to fix my mistake. A friend of mine who has an account and knows a bit more about computer stuff than me took a look to see if I was doing something wrong or if my computer had an issue and they found there was no issues with the torrents I was attempting to use and that it was only an issue on my account. I really would appreciate your help with this so I can remain a BakaBT member.

Downgrade your torrent client. It a well-known issue of uTorrent v.3.3.

You know, you can remain warned forever and still be a member (well, until you die, obviously, after which you won't be logging in anymore and will get your account pruned 11 months later). Perhaps there's some misunderstanding here as to why the warning system exists and what it means to be warned?
