Offline timed out problem

Some of the torrents' tracker changes to offline timed out. The status remains the same even if I update the tracker manually. I was wondering if there's a maintenance ongoing. It doesn't affect all of the torrents though just some

Restarting the router doesn't do any good. Anyways, I think it's fixed now.
