For me it'd be mostly nonphysical stuff:

either misakas electromaster ability or god-powers (as in kamichu)

if it had to be something physical I'd go with either the amaterasu (starship trooper), space battleship yamato or the bentenmaru (Mouretsu space pirates). I love spaceships and space animes without mechas!

I wouldn't deny the catgirl/foxgirl either

The Elixir of Immortality from Baccano. I mean, some kind of god-power would be nice but the elixir is something tangible, a thing. I don't know if a power of some kind would be acceptable.

If it were, of course I have to go with Alucard's complete power of vampirism. I wouldn't need to be any more god-like than that to be content for all time lol. Super overpowered, able to make others immortal as well.

I don't know of any truly powerful god characters. The only ones I know of are Haruhi Suzimiya who doesn't even have control of it which I wouldn't want and the one from Mirai Nikki. I guess being the god of time & space wouldn't be too bad but I wouldn't choose it for reasons I can't mention without spoilers.

The Elixir from Baccano seems like an easy choice assuming I'm the only immortal. The Kessen-chu (sacred blood worms) from Blade of the Immortal otherwise, as I don't want to risk being devoured by other immortals. And oh lord if powers are acceptable I have no clue. Maybe Accelerator's ability.
