all torrents stuck on 'finding peers'

trying to download several torrents, and they are all stuck on finding peers. All torrents from any other website work fine.

One big difference, I'm downloading from my laptop in Mexico, usually I download from my pc back in colorado.... help?

Don't use uTorrent v3.3.
