The one thing I know for sure, is that this problem is NOT related to my client.
In this case, follow the standard troubleshooting procedure: torrents from other sites, other types of clients, your firewall, your ISP, etc.

Actually, a lot more people on this forum do than you think. It helps with ratio upkeep. Personally mine is a bit like a server, and my last restart was probably a month ago or longer. I restart my client every couple weeks or so.

As to how it has to do with anything, torrenting can sometimes mess up network traffic and restarting should clear that up. Restarting your router and modem once in a while is also good practice (that would be the logical next step).

Anyway, temporarily try another client, including an older version of uTorrent (2.2.1 or 1.8.5) and see if the problem persists. If you uninstall uTorrent first and don't clear your cache and settings, you should be able to start right back up (though you'd have to redownload your .torrent files if you try a new client).
I agree...  Nearly everyone with a decent ratio on BakaBT - who isn't using a seedbox service - keeps their PC on much, if not all of the time; I'd bet at least $20 on it.

By the way, even if you decide to use use a different client, you do NOT need to redownload your .torrent files.  Assuming you use Windows, they'll still be in the C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent folder; all you need to do is re-open each of the files.  If you have a default d/l folder and the new torrent dialog turned off (assuming you want ALL the files in EVERY torrent, mind you!), you can simply open them all at once.  This is true of just about every decent Bittorrent client I know of.

I keep my PCs on all the time, unless I needed to restart them.

With my current utorrent 3.3.1 i can seed/upload A LOT on other trackers (just today i uploaded 1gb with only one active torrent on rutracker). I REALLY suspect it's something wrong with bakabt, not my client, and not my net connections. All other trackers work well for me, I can normally seed for them....
Guys, the problem is with this website, not something else.
I still believe there is someone who can help me though.

If it's not the client (assuming you tried an older version/other client) then it's most likely a lack of leechers on the torrents you are trying to seed. You usually need around 10-20 torrents (or more depending on your connection) to saturate your UL. Since everyone on this tracker tries to seed, it leads to a massive lack of leechers, which, compared to other public trackers, leads to sub-par UL on any single torrent. Just grab as many freeleech torrents as possible and seed them.

Thank You Lolo, this is most likely the reason, and I have suspected it from beginning. There is still one thing, though. Why for heaven's sake did it drop from 30GB daily to 1-5MB daily...
But, yeah, thanks anyways, lets assume the mystery is solved, even if it isnt. Since we cant do anything about reason of this problem I think this topic can be locked. Im the only person on the whole tracker with this problem, so I dont want to cause any more fuss.

Seeding exactly zero torrents does not help improve your ratio either.

Keep at least 5-10 torrents active to be able to detect if the situation ever changes. Otherwise, claiming "I cannot seed" when you are not seeding anything is just pointless whining.

pointless whining.
I was seeding ALL THE TIME in the past month, usually 20 - 40 torrents. In that month I maybe uploaded about 15 or 20 mb. Maybe. But thank for Your advice.
And again, I think we can close the topic.

I suggest a simple test:
a. Install uTorrent v.3.2.3.
b. Seed this torrent: http://bakabt.me/174089-unico-black-cloud-and-white-feather-unico-pilot-film-tanpen-unico-kuroi-kumo-to-shiroi-hane-h264-480p-thechanneler-omoshiroi.html
during its initial seeding phase.
You can get subtitles in the 'Attachments' section, and the main file from the DDL link on this page: http://thechanneler.blogspot.ru/2012/04/unico-nubi-nere-e-piume-bianche.html

If you won't be able to seed it even during its initial seeding, it will mean the culprit is either your system or your ISP because initial seeding works fine on BakaBT in uTorrent v3.2.3.

Im really happy that You still are trying to help... but think, if i can seed without any problems for other trackers I use, than how can this  be my client or ISP. To prove this I can tell You that just today I uploaded 1,5Gb with single active torrent on rutracker. Really, its impossible, my ISP and Utorrent are 100% OK, what's so special about bakabt, that would cause such weird problem.
And, again, this case don't look like it can be solved, let's just stop here. I give up.

If you read the forums you will find out it is not unheard of for ISP's to block BakaBT torrenting.
I suggested you a simple way to test whether you can seed BakaBT torrent with a low number of seeders and a relatively high number of leechers.

You will be suprised how often people have problem with bakabt, because it is being block with some stupid bit torrent protector software, that does nothing to protect the user except for blocking some domain/ping like bakaBT. Sometimes this is also the case with the ISP, where they set up a filter that throttle or block their access to some domains, which is possible that is the case for you.

It could also be something like corrupted appdata, that affect utorrent no matter what version you are using, in which case I would suggest you to try another bitclient such as deluge to see if it fixes your problem.

Assuming you're talking about software like PeerBlock; it's not really their fault, since it's being encouraged by several popular websites.

I use Peerblock and it doesn't affect my torrenting at all :x

BakaBT is on the PeerBlock Paranoid List or something, IIRC. If you're using anything lighter, it should be fine.
