You know for a fact that uTorrent supports your language?

Besides that it all works the same as with regular torrent files, just like Bozobub said.
It's still possible to selectively download files; you just need to act directly after starting a torrent.

True, but it's best (at least for larger torrents) to NOT have uTorrent set to either preallocate space for or autostart torrents, if you plan to only download some of the files. Otherwise, even the files you DON'T want will be created and, if preallocation is set, the download also will take up the full space of the entire torrent (the stopped files will just have dummy data).
It's not perfect, but Vuze annoys me and newer versions of uTorrent... Meh.

Sorry for my delays (have some stuff to do in RF...)

Yup, every uTorrent I ever had was supporting my language.

So wait... I'm really confused right now, does version 2.2.1 don't give the magnet filelist "issue" or does?
Does it works fine with small size files but don't display large or really a lot of files? (and on top of it still download the full files despite that the user cancel them :o )
Bozobub:
uTorrent 2.2.1 does not give you a file list before the torrent is added to the queue. All uTorrent versions, however, let you select files within a queued torrent and change download priority or skip certain ones.
If you don't have "Don't start the download automatically" checked (under Preferences>UI Settings), ALL the files in the torrent will be automatically created immediately, just with no data at all; they'll just be dummy files of 1 KB or so. This means that, even if you immediately stop the torrent and select files to skip, even the files you don't want will still show in the folder, which can get very confusing. Additionally, If you have "Pre-allocate all files" checked (under Preferences>General), all of the files, unwanted or not, will also take up the space they would have if they were actually complete (just filled with null data).
So, in other words, set uTorrent to NOT automatically start or pre-allocate files, then download your magnet link; the unstarted torrent will show in your queue. Select that torrent, choose the files to not download (under the Files tab, in the Priority column), THEN start the torrent. Feel free to change the torrent start/pre-allocation settings after you start the torrent. This will function identically to having the choice in a dialog upon clicking the magnet link in later versions, it just requires a couple extra steps.
Now, much of the time, you WILL want torrents to start automatically, and pre-allocation of files lessens HD fragmentation. That's fine, just remember to change them for individual torrents that you know you'll be partially downloading.
Big Teeth:
Just run multiple bittorrent-clients.
A 'main' client as usual.
And a 'magnet' client which does not start automatically and not allocate space.
This way I run 4 uTorrents at a given time, each for a specific purpose.
Besides the over 10 uTorrents for our 'get people out of ratio/warned troubles' service.
uTorrent 2.2.1 (not the newer 3.x crap) is a very nifty tool for a diversity of bittorrent uses.
Loading torrents? I have a folder H:\Import\ with many subfolders, for each uTorrent 1 folder.
Every uTorrent is auto-loading the torrent I save to a designated folder.
A magnet is loaded using Control-U (shortcut for add torrent from URL).
And a U:\uTorrent\ folder with subfolders for every uTorrent configuration.
This way it is easy to maintain order (and make things easy to move things around across a LAN).
Even cascaded uTorrents (1 uTorrent does the downloading to a SSD, moves the content to a NAS when finished, then stops, the next uTorrent on another PC continues the seeding with a different setting automatically).
