Your Anime of the Year?

I guess ill post.  for this year I would say Attack on titan is in the running, as well as kill la kill, but I can't pick them.  Big surprises this year for me are log horizon, Gatchaman Crowds and Devil is a Part-Timer!.  was not expecting to like them.  I really liked Uchouten Kazoku after i got used to the art.  from the new world did not start in 2013 so i will not pick that one.

If I cheat I wound say wolf children; I did watch it in 2013.  I'm going to pick fate illya, it's more my kind of show.

Other mentions(like but not in running): love lab, ro-kyu-bu, watamote, and non non biyori.

Did Date-A-Live come out this year?
I really enjoyed it, even though it was 'sort of typical'.

I also enjoyed that series with the eye patch girl, and the one with the female otaku.

I loved magi s1 but I didn't get around to s2 so can't pick it
It was a race between Log Horizon,Danganropa and Stella.
Horizon sucks at characters.
Dangan ronpa let lots of things unexplained.
Stella...was just right.It started with a not a beginning and it ended with a not quite ending.They took a life,sliced something from it and brought it to us.It wasn't a earth shattering anime but it was the best of the year.

O K. . .so done with watching it. . .
Watched the dubbed version first which Steven Foster supposedly directed. . .and well I just found a lot of the Humor ect did not translate well. . .Got dual audio so my sister could watch and she was glued to the screen so she gives it a thumbs up
As to watching it in the Japanese audio, I found the show to be a lot more enjoyable, was some great humor at times and just made It better all-round. . .
Certainly had that something different as some of you said. . .(dig his gaming room)
Seemed to have a lot of moral lessons. .  .
All in all I'd have to say for now I'd give it a 6/10 (+1 just for humor and having SOME original concepts)

So 7/10 for 'The world god only knows'
AOTY for me? NoOoOoooo, sorry. . .still not really my type of anime. . .though I can see a lot of people that would pick this as one of their favorites. . .(my sister certainly did)

Aku No Hana was brilliant.
Monogatari Season 2 continues the fantastic series without any drop in quality.
Shinsekai Yori and Unbreakable Machine Doll were terrific, as was Railgun.

But the winner is:

NON NON BIYORI!

It is perfect in every detail.

I'll big up Shinsekai Yori up as well even if it crosses over both years, I never see many people talk about it anywhere but it's one of the best anime of recent years.

I didn't really like it.

Well, tastes. I was hooked. The plot, heavy atmosphere, characters and the interesting world made it so good.
