BakaBT uses not only a "blacklist", which lists clients that will
never be considered for use, but a "whitelilst", which lists clients currently approved for use. It's an increasingly common feature of private trackers, or semiprivate, as in BakaBT's case.
To make a long story VERY short, recent versions of uTorrent (3.x.x) have encountered various glaring issues, so any new release takes
at least two week to be approved. In the case of the most recent update, the usual crop of bugs plus unrelenting squee-weeing by uTorrent 3.3.2 fanbois/gurls has pretty much put the kibosh on the approval of at least the most recent version of uTorrent, and quite possibly all new versions to come, at least for a long while. It is what it is, so don't bother complaining, if you were thinking of it; not only will it NOT work, but doing so is liable to net you a 30-day warning. Yes, it got that bad

. Just read some of the threads on this subforum and its parent, although the worst has been deleted.
If you would like to continue to use uTorrent, "downgrade" to an older version (most users here prefer 1.8.5 or 2.2.1, but anything prior to 3.3.2 will work) and turn off automatic updates
immediately. Otherwise, you should try one of the other clients in the whitelist. I haven't tried it myself - I use uTorrent 2.2.1 - but a lot of folks around here recommend qBittorrent. You'll find, by the way, that both uTorrent 1.8.5 and 2.2.1 tend to have better seeding and/or leeching performance than 3.x.x, while using less system resources.
