It's probably just going to be a special box re-release or something stupid like that. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

inb4 it's another live action.

It won't be a sequel (in manga) since Obata is pretty busing making corpses in All You Need is Kill. So...

But I doubt Obata and Ohba would have anything to do with it considering how much they like stopping when they're ahead. The case with Bakuman too.

Yeah, I doubt it'll end up being something Death Note fans will genuinely be excited about.
