Why I feel I have just watched my last anime...

No anime can every come completely full circle but compared to many others I could list, Naruto is definitely one of those animes that goes above and beyond others in order to bring every little tiny detail to light. Having said that, I realise SNK isn't completed yet (not even the manga) and I already said it was perhaps an unfair assumption to be left with the same kind of revelation that Code Geass R1 left its watchers with.

So if it stopped right now at the episode it is at the moment there would be no plotholes ? If yes then there can't be much plot going on. (I don't where it is in the plot, since I had to drop it, because it was so bad in its story telling and animation just kept degrading)

I don't like One Piece due to the 'slowness' and ridiculousness of long dramatic sections that seem to hold episodes in check forever. I read the first 15 books or so and then watched something like 50 episodes and realised they hadn't even gotten past the 6th book. The anime is far too slow, far too drawn out and the 20 second close-ups of people's faces and expressions to make up for a lack of script and to drag the episodes on so much just isn't my type. Also I don't like the animation style at all and the voice acting is actually kinda sub-average too.

I recommended you to read the manga, I did not recommended you to see the anime.
After having read all your comment I have come to the conclusion, you do poor research on what to watch, you don't know what animation quality actually is, same goes for good voice acting.
My honest opinion I think you should just drop anime after you have finish watching Naruto, since you only want anime with simple character development and plot, and a lot of those that have been recommended will have it on a more complex level than what you desire. So to make sure you don't waste anymore time on anime just drop Anime after you finish naruto.

If you are stingy about what you watch or judge a show based on it's first few episodes, you will miss out on a lot of great anime.

It's actually funny that in my case when I had watched only around 150 series I thought everything is so amazing I have to give them 5+. But now with 300+ series on my list I feel like 90% of what I've watched is crap xD
Tastes change with what you watch and how much you watch. Idk.. You find something really awesome and what you thought was awesome before seems lame. I just think you need to either watch more or quit.
As for Naruto.. and the "plotholes"... What the hell would you call when anime gets to a critical moment and tadadadam! Next 20 episodes or so FILLERS!

Why do I feel that there is a cry for help somewhere in this thread. And that somehow anime is a compulsive addiction akin to that of heroin?
I suppose I still watch anime because of my love of the art form of animation. That and the storytelling. Because I cannot stand prime time TV in the US. Not that I watch it all that much, because I work in the evenings, and have for such a long time.

I'm certainly not watching another show with more than 10 straight eps of filler.

Some sites on the internet have etiquette, Bakabt included (maybe). While I don't support trashing the OP, he kind of deserves it.
1. OP shows up in a forum to complain about anime and says he will quit from it. If you wanted to quit, just do so. Publicly announcing it makes it seem like you are a self centered elitist. He didn't even intend to have a discussion.
2. He makes a bad thread in a wrong section. That's enough to disgruntle forum goers.
3. He talks shit about anime. On an anime forum.
Everyone here should just let this guy quit anime. Leave him to his Avatar and Naruto. No one would miss him.
