I'm having the problem again.

I've waited a bit to see if the site detects that I'm seeding but no luck, and I don't have my IP locked or anything like that. I also tried checking one of the torrents I'm seeding; the strange thing here is that, even tho there are a ton of leechers and seeders, on the torrent page it only shows up 1 seeder and 2 leechers; both with only their IP addresses.





Just in case I'll leave my bittorrent client seeding all night, but by tomorrow morning it might still be the same.

I have the same problem too. When got home from work I checked my user page with my computer on all day seeding Sister of Wellber. It was odd it said I had .9 ratio that it was 5 minute ago update, but my torrent 1.5 ratio. So, I thought to wait to see it will refresh, then I checked again, but then the torrent was there any more it stop registering thats I was seeding for no apparent reason. I even stop the torrent, restart it and clicked it again, but to no avail. Also that AeonsLegend on the other post that is locked is having I think a similar problem too.

Update: I checked other torrent seeders and leechers list, but nothing shows up. So I guess the ratio tracker is down.

Add me to the list too, my activity is no longer registered since last night. Unchanged settings, static IP, no DHT, no Peer Exchange, there's no obvious problem on my side.

On the other hand, the Box mainpage only show 104 peers, which obviously hints at some problems on the tracker side.

I also checked a few torrents, despite showing seeders and leechers counts on the details page the peer lists are empty.

It's somehow hard to believe all Box users screwed up their settings simultaneously, don't you think so ?

EDIT : while I was posting the peer count dropped from 104 to 35

I believe its a problem with the tracker because I was downloading some files which registered fine yesterday but when I woke up to start work I noticed they were no longer on the tracker list, they are still downloading its just not registering them and my stats arent updating anymore.

Yep, if you were seeding overnight last night you lost some stats from the looks of it.  I guess if you don't already have a high ratio it just means to keep your status you need to seed for a while to cover the tracker "hick"ups. So really to keep power user status with the tracker losing stats all the time you actually need to seed more than 1:1.

Thanks for the HELP.

I FINALLY got my seeding showing for my Server IP...
Now I can get proper seeding and leeching going....
and I'll probably upload some things here...

I followed the 1st Set of rules of logging in and out and unchecking of the IP box...

Follow the rules and you guys can get your problems solved...

My Torrents are showing ....(that Im seeding 2...) and the New GB of 23 GB are showing...
but the Ratio hasn't changed at all....

Any ideas??

Okay....though I downloaded the files initially...and my IP status wasn't corrected at the moment.

Just simply download anything? and it will then change?....

Okay...Its working...I had to follow the Same Steps I had to get a Torrent to show up as Uploading
to Show a file was downloading.... ???

and I had to do it with each Torrent...(2) well...I'll get it giong and sharring like crazy what I leech

Need some help here. Just a few weeks ago my ratio was 1.8 then initially it detects my leeching but not my seeding. Now it has dropped to 1.4 for around 2 weeks already and it has not risen nor fallen. The tracker doesn't seem to update mer y stats whatsoever. I have DHT disabled on my bitcomet. Also my Ip is 21x but no matter how many times I tried re-submitting my ip it's always 165.21.154.xxx.

I'm not sure if anything can be done about my 'problem' .. which basically is that i'm an idiot who never checked my ratio onsite and just happily let my client seed .. and never read the FAQ until recently ..

I have a dynamic IP (changes whenever I reboot my modem), and I've been seeding the same 2 torrents since Nov/Dec (I grabbed them for my BF who's into anime, and I figured I'd keep seeding to amass a nice ratio for future in case he ever wanted me to get anything else for him...)

So now I've got a ratio of 3 when per my client it should be about 30. A very quick look at this thread tells me that 'credit' is never given, but I figure it can't hurt to ask?

Thanks in advance for anything, and if not, oh well, lesson learned! :)

hi,

I'm currently seeding Shakugan no Shana 2.
Yesterday my stats were on my user page and the torrent seeders list, but after a few hours they were gone. I seeded about 30 - 40 GB until it dissapeared.

What I found interesting is, that my name was listed 4 to 5 times on the seeders list, and on my user page I had 4 to 5 times the same torrent seeding, I think a new one was listet about every hour. Some time later it was all gone ^^

I've checked my IP, but it is static and never changes. My Profile always lists the right one.
I'm running mldonkey on a server.
I tried logging out and in from the site on the server and always checked the IP in the profile. I tried updating the profile, one time changing nothing, another time changing some values.
I also changed the port on my client.
MLDonkey doesn't support DHT.

But I still don't see the torrent on my user page...
I guess I've made a little mistake, I restart my client yesterday. But I don't care for the lost credit ;)

I hope someone can help me
