[Help] Ratio and Stats Problems
Quadlazer:
--- Quote from: kureshii on May 17, 2008, 03:26:03 AM ---Hi, I just joined not too long ago. I have three active torrents, all with DHT disabled (and DHT disabled in utorrent too). They show up in my profile, but transferred amount (up and down) has remained at 0. Any idea what might be causing this?

You Bittorrent app doesn't seem to be sending bandwidth data (up or down). Which app are you using?
kureshii:
utorrent 1.8b build 10198
[update] ok, stats are finally starting to show on my page, but it seems to be 24h behind. Is this normal?
[edit] everything's ok now, it's finally showing though it seems to have dropped a few megabytes worth of UL. Not a big deal in the long run, but those were a nerve-wracking 24hrs...

Hi everyone!
Please help me understanding, 'cause i started a week ago using lphant (never had anything to do with all the "torrents stuff" before..) and box and i just can't fix the ratio problem!
I downloaded from here only "full moon" (manga and series) for a total of 9GB but when i log in the Box says kaname86 WARNED - Ratio: 0.147 Up: 5.00 GB Down: 34.09 GB Active: ↑2 ↓0 +13...how can it be? ???
Defsyfe told me "It seems that your client reported that it downloaded 33 gigs on this http://www.boxtorrents.com/details.php?id=24&dllist=1#seeders Torrent.
I'm not sure if it is because of you using a bad client sending bad info to the tracker or if it's because of a bad seed that was sending you bad pieces that your client didn't ban. "
So, as the http repored before is the 9gb file i mentioned...can anyone tell me how to fix this?i'm bored of being warned, and there's no way i can upload 30 gb in one week with almost no requests for the one and only file i have on my pc! :'(
kureshii:
Create a new key in your profile page, and re-download the .torrent files (i.e. delete the old torrent tasks keeping the downloaded files, and load the new .torrent files with your new ID key). It is possible that someone found out your ID key and has been downloading using it, although it doesn't show in your task list.
defsyfe:
That was not the case.
The torrent was either hash failing and kept redownloading or the client reported bad stats to the tracker.
