[Help] Ratio and Stats Problems

<< < (99/162) > >>

Jarudin:
Let's do a little math. Your stats now are up 403.15 and down 23.14 and a 17.42 ratio, before (going by your numbers) your stats were: 356.69 (403.15-46.46) up and 16.23 (23.14-6.91) down which gives a ratio of 21.98

Because your ratio is extremely high, if you download 5 GB you must seed 17 times as much to get back to your old ratio because your ratio now is 17.

hi guys! thanks for your help before!
As defsyfe said, i got warned again ::)...but i'm moving to utorrent, so i hope the problem will be over quite soon. Only thing is: it seems utorrent requires that you keep all the files you want to seed (or download, but this is normal!) in a directory it decides (documents/downloads)...is there any way for changing this? i used to keep all the files in an external hard drive to save space on pc, and lphant allowed me to choose the folder the seeding files where located in! :-\ dozoyoroshiku!

There you go =) Each time you add a new torrent the pop-up dialog box (which can be disabled) allows you to pick a directory to store the saved files; however once the torrent is running you can't change the save folder anymore.

What's really bugging me is that I always need to manually update the tracker if I want my stats in Box to show right away while uploading or downloading. Is there a way I could decrease the time for each tracker update in uTorrent?? I searched the web but didn't find a solution.

Another problem is when you're uploading at a high speed the tracker gets confused sometimes and doesn't record your stats accurately.

I would appreciate if you're working on fixing these problems.

I have ~30 k/bytes up-speed and ~125 k/bytes down-speed just for your information.
