[Help] Ratio and Stats Problems

No and if you do it I will ban you :-X every time you announce our server has to process that announce, there is a reason why the announce time is what it is.

The tracker goes by what information you supply it, it's not perfect but generally does a decent job.

How come I can get banned from that?? :-\ are you serious? I can't remember noticing this ban in the faqs or rules. Anyways, I do update from time to time because I feel that the tracker kinda forgets how much I uploaded especially bearing in mind that I have a poor up-speed :'(

Xemnarth, by a quick estimate I think we have at least 8000 users. If everyone wants to halve their update interval it would double the load to the server. If enough people do it the tracker goes down and we have to seed for free =( It's as good a reason as any to ban people for trying to do so.

More like 80,000.
We get almost 3000 announces per minute and some people are raping our tracker :(

The newest uTorrent retrieves the minimum announce time from our tracker and will not allow anyone to manually announce before that amount of time has passed.
