From what I observe, losing small/huge parts of an upload/download usually means you were sending/receiving to/from a peer who is not on the Box tracker. Sometimes these are picked up from DHT or PEX that I accidentally enabled but later disabled, though my client caches the IPs so I'm still downloading/uploading from/to those addresses.

And the other reason is tracker failure >_>

By default, DHT is disabled in the Box torrents. Though, I'm not sure if it becomes active after the intial swarm period. I believe it's the second reason and not my connection.
