Give it 24h to respond, sometimes the tracker is a little slow in updating, no idea why... if it's still there after 24h, come to the forums. I've had torrents I stopped but were still there for up to 12 hrs; at least the numbers didn't change, it just stayed there doing nothing.

I what you told me and had no change. I dled over 100 gigs from sat to today and it didnt even show that much dl on the box. Do you think having encryption turned on will affect it?

The stats on your user page look fine to me, which torrents aren't updating properly? (I'm assuming you already have DHT etc turned off).

Encryption won't affect your box stats, that's to hide you from your ISP.

Hello Folks

I am attempting several adjustments to get my full ratio reported.
Call me greedy, but I want to RSS.
At this time i do not qualify, but I am getting there.

My full uploads are not being reported, so I am following the suggestions here.
Before I go into great detail, I wanted to try the IP static change suggestion, but I'll be shnuckered, I can not find my IP address any where on BoxTorrent, nor can I find the check box listed in the hidden suggestion area.

I am using the latest Vuze (Formally Azuerus), and I have nat'ed and ported out.
I am just trying to get reported correctly as I figure approximately 12 to 17 gigs are not reported on my user page and my share numbers are down.

For now, just trying to find the IP address on the Boxtorrent page.

Directions please

It's in the bottom right hand corner of your post

Disabled DHT, PEX and other peer sources?

Also, if you really want to get Power User ASAP the fastest way is to stop downloading, keep uploading and wait. You can always resume your torrents after that, and throttle it a little where necessary to keep your ratio above 1.

Yep, Tracker only

Now another issue appears to have happened. Apparently the BoxTorrent site went down earlier today, and now I have nothing on my User page.
I hope I didn't crash your site.

I will 25h and see what happens, but Utilizing Vuze, I can see that the current uploads are not registering back to the Boxtorent tracker.
Lots of blue faces.

Yes, the tracker is down so all down/uploading activity is not being tracked. Wait a while, it will be up again eventually.

why didnt my Ratio update even after the tracker is back online??
i seeded quite a lot (around 3 gb) when the tracker was down . . . , can somebody pls help me???

Unfortunately when the tracker is down means you don't get credit for anything you upload due to the fact its the tracker that keeps track of how much you upload not your torrent program. If you want credit while sharing simply wait till you get a connection to the tracker or simply try to visit boxtorrent website to see if the tracker is online. Simple way of telling if its online is going to the mainsite and seeing if there are any uploaders/downloaders shown.

eh??!!! but i thought that once the tracker is back online, it will update my stats??? i think the faq says something like "If the tracker is down, do not stop seeding. Your stats may not update during downtime but as soon as the tracker is working again then your stats should start to update again." . . . ?

No, the tracker does not track stats when it is down or offline. Your stats will update when it is working, but not otherwise.

Hi guys,
I see that my torrents is being tracked correctly along with bonus points, but the total uploaded and downloaded did not get the update. I started to notice the problem a few hours ago. Everything was working fine earlier today and I did not make any changes to uTorrent v1.7.7. I am current tracking the torrents in leeching and seeding; I see individual torrent getting upload and download stats updated correctly every 30 minutes but my total uploaded and downloaded did not change. I not sure if it is a error or the the total uploaded and downloaded take longer to update now. I wonder if others are having the same problem as well. My stats stuck at Ratio: 7.271 Up: 2832.76 GB Down: 389.60 GB the last few hours and I am currently uploading a several GBs per hour.

Ah, I have the same problem as Terry, i've been stuck at the same ratio, upload amount and download amount for about a day or so. Wierd thing is that the tracker sees that have 2 uploads and in my currently seeding it shows that i have uploading more than the stats say i have. Tried redownloading the torrent and all, but no luck for me. Sorry if this is a repetitive question

So, umm... I loaded up the torrent file for Oh! Edo Rocket so I could seed it some, and I picked the correct folder, and then Azereus started downloading, but I stopped it at 300 kb and did a force re-check and found that I did have the correct files after all, and it started uploading everything with the basis of those 300 kb and now my ratio for that torrent is 500+.

Is that normal? or... what?

Let's see... 300x500=150mb ...means you've downloaded 0,3mb and uploaded 150mb of that particular torrent.
If you've downloaded/uploaded above a few gigabytes of anything on box, 150mb will hardly make a dent in your overall ratio...

So yes, it's normal in this case

well its because I've actually downloaded 4.49 gigs. which is the size of the torrent that i find it strange.
