You said you already had the files, so because you stopped the transfer at 300k and substituted the complete files boxtorrents only recorded the 300k.

If you hadn't downloaded the 300k your ratio could be infinite. Your ratio on any one torrent is essentially meaningless, all that matters is your overall ratio.

It's always amusing to see a ratio OVER 9000! although Inf ratio is better, even if it doesn't look as impressive

My profile shows two right now with inf ratio.. but I downloaded them from Box originally so it seems to have lost track of my download stats on those torrents.

I started leeching True tears the 10 July. Today (20 July) I saw my ratio is >2 with more than 15Gb upload. But my client says I have uploaded only 4Gb ish. It is advantagous for me, yes, but it will make people think I'm cheating. Could you have a check on it?

@ngocyen... Hello... Let me guess... you upgraded your torrent client version around 3-4 days ago... your ISP upload speed is at least 256K - 384K, you didn't stop your active torrent during the upgrade installation, your info on your torrent was set to zero on both upload and download, it didn't self-perform a hash-check after the installation and it started redownloading all the files for a second time, resulting on your user-details on box to be on download as good as double the torrent size. Or simply, you erased the torrent from your list's client, and then redownloaded the .torrent file, but you didn't perform the hash-check...etc, etc...If I'm wrong, please at least provide more information such as torrent client, your upload speed, your torrents dowloaded during these past 10 days from the boxtorrents, how many hours a day your pc uploads, etc... so other forum members can either guess or find an answer. On a side note, with a 256K upload speed you can probably upload around 2-2.3Gb per day (It might even depend on the server that provides you internet). With your upload speed there's no way you're cheating. I've already run out of ideas... lol...Best Regards.

Arrg... So I just swapped over from azureus to utorrent the other day, and I haven't been checking up on my status on box while I was dling Nanoha. And I just finished and have seeded one of them to about 1.2 ratio, and is still seeding, but my box account doesn't show anything. I don't think I'm upping my ratio at all either.

is it that the dl wont show up on your user page or it doesnt update your stats?
check to make sure DHT and PEX aren't enabled. Nanoha wasn't flagged as private

edit: can you link me to the exact torrent so i can check it out?

The Total Upload from User Stats/Details hasn't been updating for hours... only the uploaded from the individual seeding torrents are... Probably another tracker issue... (Notice: I'm only seeding, so I don't have any info regarding downloading...)...
Can someone else confirm this?

I can. I have been seeding still two of the torrents I uploaded as they haven't reached the breaking point yet, and it's been '216.38 GB' at least half a day

... Unfortunately can't say much of downloading as I'm only seeding as well... However the amount/increase in the peerlists for the concerned torrents seem to be accurate as far as I can tell (only slightly off compared to my utorrent list)...

Thanks for your reply, Blanchimont. I guess itll be a matter of waiting until this is fixed... Some of my seeding torrents have been timed-out as of late, so they're a little inaccurate as well... not that it matters at the moment, though... I'd like to turn off my pc for a little rest, but since it's become kind of old, I fear it won't turn on again... lol... I hope the other issue the tracker has had since over a week where individual seeding/leeching time suddenly resets to zero gets fixed in the same try... (when the tracker timed-out but it could still connect at the last try and update properly, resetting the torrent activity to zero)...
The bonus-points seems to be working... fortunately... a good reason for not to turn-off my oldie...

I can also confirm been stuck at Up: 5955.24 GB for all day and some of yesterday.

Same problem here. It started happening - as far as I can tell - after a problem connecting to the tracker and boxtorrents altogether on the 21st. I can upload and download all the same.

I also can confirm that problem! Although Share Ratio and Bonus Point-system seem to be still workin'... Could be only a problem within the data binding of the Uploaded-field and the Downloaded-field(?!) (Can not confirm, cause I'm just seeding.).

Correction: Share ratio is also not working. Only the torrent-stats (Peerlist) update normal.

in my situation ratio is also frozen.

My Upload has been stuck at 339.70 GB and my Ratio at 16.222. Bonus points, seem to be the only thing working right.
