This is bundled in with the current Henshin torrent of the TV series, even though it has a separate entry on all the major anime databases, as well as a different production team and voice cast. It's an LD rip; the TV torrent is a DVD rip. By current BakaBT standards, it should be a standalone torrent, so I've offered it.
The main Henshin torrent would have to be reoffered (or swapped) to remove this special.
