For Q12, if the Shapeshifter targets one of the (inactive) Assassins, and failed to take over his/her identity, the Assassin's role will activate. In the OP, the Assassin is said to attack that Shapeshifter every turn until either one is dead. In other words, the Assassin is forced to attack that Shapeshifter?
Regarding Q13, does that mean the Demon has a 100% chance to make the victim [insert command]? I was reading the OP in the previous rounds, and at least, the probability was mentioned.
@Tiffany: Sorry for asking too much! I want to at least understand the vital elements of the game in order to make a valid theory with the clues obtained from the News. :)

Q12. They are offered a contract to kill a specific person. If they say yes, they will attack that person. They cannot attack anyone else.
Q13. Yes, as long as they've managed to possess them.

Mistgun_Zero has gone awfully quiet since he ordered everyone to kill 1000mah. He must be the shapeshifter and is using the special ability.
