Time to encode + offer. Screw the new offer guidelines, it can just sit in the upload pool for a while :P

Ahaha, so I wasn't the only one who was surprised at the price of coke. It's $1.99 for a 2 liter here xD
I swear it was under a dollar not too long ago...

Ugh, 4 1/2 hours later (some of that time being used to rip + encode a quick copy to work on) I've got this:

At least I finished the English 20 minutes ago, but the rest and the typesetting is driving me nuts. I'm going to bed

--- Quote from: AceHigh on August 06, 2014, 04:56:45 AM ---My old phone just had the worst breakdown: touchscreen doesn't work. Of all things, it was what I was most sceptical about from the beginning. And it did not help that it's a hybrid with buttons as well, since I can't even unlock the phone without the screen sweep. Never again.

Now ordered the most robust phone on this planet: Sonim XP3300 Force. No touchscreen, no bullshit.

Now I am planning on how to destroy this fragile piece of shit once I get a real phone. I think I will take it to work and run it over with a forklift, then bash it with a sledgehammer. Maybe I will think of something creative using an industrial robot.... or I can visit colleagues in the other department and test out their 20 ton press. Oh yeah, I will enjoy killing it.

I have this weird hunch that it isn't the phone that is at fault, since so many people can actually live with touchscreen nowadays, and it's not like we endure it not working 24/7.

Also you should consider visiting a psychiatrist if you really feel the urge to destroy your phone in such ways because the touch screen stopped working.

EDIT: Anyways, enjoy the year 2000 phone.

Tap water is cheaper and healthier.
