No. It's been growing inwards from the outer side of the toe on it's own.

LOL WOW... Sims 3....... Constant moodlet for "It's dark!" and "Unfinished Room" and after hours of trying to figure out why... it turns out because the ground UNDER MY FUCKING FOUNDATION wasn't tiled and didn't have any lights... because why the fuck would it be tiled and have lights UNDER MY FOUNDATION?
