Well, I guess I'm not surprised... I never pay attention to what's going on with the site.
Duki was definitely admin first... He got admin after Jarudin retired.

I think dubkats is just a lot more in the background to be honest, he might have been admin for years.
Edit: A quick search says at least 4 years.

Actually Dubkats been admin with Jaru, they usually worked in the shadows but Jaru poked around.
You can mainly see Budkats in the IRC or tech support. But more for teh tracker I guess.
I'm not sure who was here first, Jaru or Dubkats, but they both were around when Box was in charge.
