You put on the right clothes and you can heat yourself well enough. I lived without a heater for few years and it was a hell of a better experience than getting naked and sweating my ass off in the summer. Go try living in the desert for once.

Plz, I live in Australia, a giant fucking desert.
Last year, temperatures here reached an AVERAGE of 40 degrees centigrade

It's actually easier to cool off when the air is dry, albeit the heat is still not too good on skin.
