I worked part time fixing cracked phones over the summer. It's ridiculously easy and cheap to do it yourself if it's just the glass screen. You can get the replacement kit(screen+tools) off of ebay for like 6 bucks.

Unfortunately the LCD digitizer and glass screen and front panel are all a single piece on the Nexus 5. The repair kit costs like $200 online apparently and it's a really long process to fix. I hear people here can fix it for ~300kuai which is around $50. I just have to be worried about them stealing my motherboard and replacing it with a fake one, which is pretty common here.
