bullcrap. it's should be perfectly legal to use image ID sites. it's just the matter of the user making sure the image is unidentifiable via reverse image search.

This is 'guess' the anime, not 'identify' the anime. So yeah, I'm with froody here...

That's a rather crappy rule, though, often the style is distinct enough to identify an anime even from a scenery that may appear in several different series.

Okay... maybe that rule is a little exagerrated. Hanayome's pic is a good example of random buildings being disticnt/unique.

But look at the past couple ones..

I don't know. First picture has a different feel to it (can't explain better), but if you say so...
