Oddly enough that looks like the cat from Toradora!, but I'm fairly certain it's not. Can't remember what other anime has a cat like that. >.>

Darn... I looked up all the anime played on tv tokyo the only one I recognized having watched with a cat was Noir... grr... but I know I've seen that cat
