The OVA was made 4 years before the last tankobon of manga came out, so it hardly contains the whole story.
...I guess I'll say that it only has 3 episodes, but I think that's making it a bit too easy.

I'm not sure, I only read the manga which was definitely worth it. That's why I couldn't call it out because I've never seen the OVA (or even knew it existed xD) hmm... *waits for other replies on this*

Yup, it's Happy World.
Don't watch the OVA, it makes no sense to see it unless you've read the manga. And if you read the manga you won't find anything new there. It's not particulary bad, but there are better things out there.
Manga is pretty good, maybe not exactly great, but worth a read, I think

both answers are wrong.

the anime is episodic in nature so i'm using only 1 episode (first episode) for all the screenshots.

for the second screenshot the character shown has been chasing the character from the previous screenshot since before the timeline in the anime started.
